Dr Iroh is the President of Circuit Atlantic Group consisting of Circuit Atlantic Inc in the United States and Circuit Atlantic Ltd in Nigeria. He is also the group's head of research and product development. Prior to the group's establishment, he held a faculty position at Bard College in the United States where he taught courses in African Studies and Cultural Studies..

Dr Iroh describes himself as a social entrepreneur. Born in 1976, he obtained his first degree at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1999 and subsequently a PhD. at the Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland in 2008. His research and publications include studies on African migratory formations in Europe as well as African transnational entrepreneurship.

He has presented extensively on his work at institutions in Europe, United States and Canada. In addition, he has pending patents for marine public transport solutions designed for cities such as Lagos. Dr Iroh is an interdisciplinary scholar who brings his broad and diverse social research experience and international exposure to innovative and socially responsible business practice.
