Circuit Atlantic Ltd (henceforth referred to as Circuit Atlantic), including subsidiaries and affiliates provides the information available on this website or any of the pages of the website ("circuitatlantic.com") to visitors now cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter. Provision of the above stated content is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

 

What we do

Circuit Atlantic provides, through its website and offices, international procurement services to individuals and businesses. Its procurement service is primarily prepaid in nature. At Circuit Atlantic’s discretion, we may engage in or offer post-paid or partially paid procurement services to particular consumer or business customers based on terms and conditions set out herein or at the time of the agreement.   

 

Customer Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information in your order form and to be properly informed about the product you want to order. Circuit Atlantic is not responsible for the form, content and quality of anything you order. Please bear in mind the many differences when you shop abroad. For example American shoe sizes are different from the European standard used in Nigeria. Pounds (lb) and Ounces (oz) are used for weight in the US while kilos (kg) and grammes (g) are the convention in Nigeria. Power requirements/voltages in the USA is120V / 60Hz; unless the item you are purchasing explicitly states 100-240V / 50-60Hz voltage for worldwide use, the device being ordered will not operate in Nigeria where 240V / 50Hz is used. You will require a step down transformer to do so. It is your responsibility to always note the differences between new, used and refurbished items. Therefore, we advise you to read the product descriptions carefully. You can also call the Internet shop you’re about to purchase from for details on specific items. We will not be responsible for any issues of incompatibility.

 

Accepting Your Order
Please note that we reserve the right to reject or cancel certain orders and or change the payment method of any order for any reason. Here are in-exhaustive examples of situations that may result in your order being cancelled: out of stock or not enough quantities available for purchase, incorrect product or pricing information, errors on your submitted order forms, Nigerian customs or shipping prohibitions or limitations and problems identified by our payment integrity unit. We may conduct or require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Circuit Atlantic also reserves the right to change the payment method depending on the amount of purchase. We will contact you (via email or phone) if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. We will also contact you if we require additional information to accept your order or a change has been made to your payment method.

 

Payment

Only payment methods published on our websites are accepted as legitimate modes of payment. No individual, agency or group outside the published methods is authorised to accept payment on behalf of Circuit Atlantic. Circuit Atlantic is not responsible for losses arising from dealings with or payments to un-authorised parties.

 

All payments online must be made in full. Where discretion is issued to you to make part payment, this transaction must be done through our business procurement unit. Such a payment must cover the cost of the item and all shipping, taxes and clearing costs. Only our service charges can be reserved. This balance must be paid prior to pick-up or delivery. Where these payment conditions are not met, Circuit Atlantic will not process the order.

 

Fraud
Circuit Atlantic is obligated to prevent fraud and criminal activity perpetrated on or through its service. Where incidents of fraud or criminal activity is suspected, Circuit Atlantic reserves the right to withhold payments or goods, inform appropriate law enforcement agencies and comply with all legal requirements.

 

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours. Cancelations incur some costs associated with that order.

There is a basic non-refundable processing fee (N1,500.00) that will be deducted from the total refund amount. This is to cover for the bank COT charges as well as other associated cost necessary to implement your refund.

For orders paid using Interswitch Verve, Mastercard and Visa, a deduction of N1,500.00 applies, in addition to 1.5% of the refund amount, up to the maximum of N2,000.00

In place of a refund, you can request to have the total value credited to your Jeje-Pay account on our website, without any deductions. You can use your jejepay credit to pay for part or all of your subsequent orders.

If your order has shipped to Nigeria and you refuse to accept it, or pay any outstanding fees, you will be responsible for any and all import duties and taxes, shipping and handling fees back to our depot in the United States, any shipping/handling fees involved with returning your order to the Internet retailer, any re-stocking fees that may be applicable, as well as Circuit Atlantic’s service charge.  All refunds on processed orders are subject to the return policy of the Internet retailer (s) you are ordering from.  We advise you to check the return policy before placing your order.

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Product Warranties
Circuit Atlantic does not issue any warranties for items at the moment outside of manufacturer warranties that come with your products. We only assist you, at our discretion and to the extent possible to exercise your products manufacture’s warranties. Returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions stated in “Cancellations” above.

Unless otherwise stated in a prior agreement, any patents or business relationship rights, existing prior to or originating from any product development project or procurement contract undertaken by Circuit Atlantic Inc or Circuit Atlantic Ltd, on behalf of it clients, belongs exclusively to Circuit Atlantic Inc and Circuit Atlantic Ltd.  Circuit Atlantic Inc or Circuit Atlantic Ltd may extend or offer its own exclusive rights or the use of its patents or busines relationship rights for the benefit of its clients at its sole discretion. 

Disclaimer of Liability
Circuit Atlantic and its owner/s shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
